Really disappointed with our order. We waited over an hour for delivery, and when the food finally arrived, it was completely cold. The bag split as we were carrying it into the kitchen, so we almost lost all the food on the floor, and one of the items had already opened and spilled everywhere inside the bag. Unfortunately, the food itself was just as disappointing. Everything was pretty tasteless, and the ezme was more like mush and tasted really acidic. Not enjoyable at all. The calamari portion was also tiny, with only three pieces, which is absolutely not good value for money. Overall, a really poor experience from start to finish. We were very disappointed with both the delivery and the quality of the food, and it’s definitely put us off ordering again.

Excellent service, food and quick delivery!

I was not sure what to expect, however, the food was excellent and ready for collection on time. I personally was not convinced that the meal served on the bread bits was for me, the lamb was great though. I will give it another try in a few weeks time with some alternative choices. Overall well done Ella.

The Calamari and Swordfish were cooked to perfection which is hard enough when serving it directly in a restaurant let alone adding the delivery time into the equation. The chips were yummy and the salad nice and fresh Well done.

Mixed grill was greatm, but we won't order again as the vegetarian Mousakka is too bland (same as last time). Sorry.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant many times, delivery was really quick and excellent. I understand it’s difficult for all businesses at the moment but disappointingly the hummus and taramasla were both delivered without Turkish bread, which was always standard before. Additionally, the portion of potatoes was much smaller than before; a sadly disappointing experience.

Very long wait time

Delivery was almost 30 minutes later than estimate, but worth the wait!

Several items we paid for (worth about £50) were not in our bag.
